Trained Starbucks employees, sold Apple computers, tutored students from elementary school to university, designed architecture, reviewed architectural proposals for the City of Vancouver, led a Business Design studio, and assisted in marketing and business strategy for PlayLab, a Toronto-based early childhood education organization founded on design thinking principles.
Graduated in 2011 from the Rotman School of Management MBA program as the third-highest-ranking student in the cohort. Recognized on the Dean’s List (top 10%) and served as the President of the Business Design Club.
After returning to Taiwan, dedicated efforts to promoting design thinking. Served as Associate Director at b.logic branding, helping transform traditional industries and establish brands for multiple startups.
Currently the Director and Chief Business Design Boomster at Boom Business Design Inc., as well as a lecturer at Chinese Culture University.

"Exploding Creativity, Shaping Extraordinary Designs."
Anny is passionate about design, cooking, gaming, and enjoying good food. She has previously served as a packaging design consultant for Tang Bao, a senior designer at Ming Xiang Image Design, and the brand design director at b.Logic.
Her design work includes a competition poster for Strelka, which won an iF Award, and her ToolBook packaging, recognized by international design publications and featured on a cover.

Lina excels in design, illustration, and animation.
She has worked as a visual designer for a renowned percussion group in Taiwan and later served as the Head of Visual Communication, where she was primarily responsible for concert visuals and marketing graphics.
Lina is dedicated to finding key points, solving problems, maintaining a mindset of continuous learning, and fostering creativity.

Jacky Pheng is a dynamic Enterprise Risk Management professional specializing in credit risk. As a Senior Consultant at KPMG Montreal, he spearheads initiatives to quantify and mitigate credit risk, providing executive teams with robust insights through the validation of credit scorecard models, unexpected loss analyses, and credit value adjustments—all powered by advanced analytics in Python, SAS, and R.
Drawing on extensive hands‑on experience, Jacky optimizes loan portfolio performance and refines risk strategies for leading financial institutions. His deep expertise in credit risk management is complemented by a strong academic foundation, including a Master’s in Applied Financial Economics from HEC Montreal. In addition to his consultancy work, he contributes to the academic community as a lecturer, shaping future risk management professionals with real‑world insights.
