International travelers value simplicity and elegance when searching for services abroad. Although DMH already enjoyed a strong reputation, the current referral process was not optimized for hotel partnerships. There was a clear need for a refined digital and print solution that showcased their services, designers, portfolio, location, and booking information in multiple languages—English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean—to appeal to a global clientele.

Challenge
DMH is one of Taiwan’s leading hair salons for men with decades of service, located in downtown Taipei. It is frequently referred by top hotel chains to international leisure and business travelers seeking a high-end, quality barbershop. DMH needed a streamlined, multilingual one-page website that would make it easier for hotels to refer guests, as well as a simple pamphlet for placement in hotels.
Solution
We designed a simple, elegant one-page website for DMH using a clean layout that exudes fashion-forward sophistication, perfectly targeting international male travelers. The site was developed in four languages (English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) to facilitate seamless referrals from hotels. In addition, we created a sleek pamphlet placed at key hotels to guide guests towards booking a high-quality haircut during their Taipei visits.
Outcome/Results
Within months of the website launch, DMH’s international clientele tripled. The integrated digital and print collateral has made it much easier for hotel partners to refer their guests, further cementing DMH’s reputation as a top-tier men’s barbershop in Taipei.
