Challenge
E-Tai Hotpot (以太房) aimed to combine Eastern hot pot traditions with Western ingredients in a light-industrial, tech-inspired environment. They needed a fresh, modern brand identity to stand out among competing hotpot restaurants in the same shopping mall, appealing to a younger demographic.
Solution
We created a logo that immediately evokes the shape of a hot pot, ensuring instant recognition. The typeface features a contemporary design style, conveying a bold, tech-driven vibe. Bright red was used to signify energy and appetite, while the overall aesthetic leans toward a modern, high-quality lifestyle. This design approach sets E-Tai Hotpot apart from the usual traditional hotpot imagery.
Outcome/Results
E-Tai Hotpot quickly became one of the highest-grossing restaurants in its shopping mall. Its innovative, youthful identity attracted a steady stream of diners looking for a fresh twist on the classic hotpot experience.
