Challenge
Luyi Tea Talk (露以談茶) is a sister brand to Ceci et Cela, yet it must stand out both from its sibling brand and the broader bubble tea market. The primary challenge was to spotlight premium tea quality rather than relying on the usual add-ons like pearls or brown sugar.
Solution
We created an elegant brand identity centered on a leaf silhouette—symbolizing both premium tea and a tasteful lifestyle. One leaf is highlighted in a distinct color to convey the concept of “selective sourcing.” A simple white background showcases a deep navy palette, while innovative typography blends a forward-thinking layout with a poetic feel, instantly catching the eye and underscoring the brand’s premium positioning.
Outcome/Results
Luyi Tea Talk successfully opened its first store and plans to expand to five to ten more in the following year. By championing the tea itself and presenting a polished visual identity, the brand attracted significant investment and established a strong foothold as a sophisticated newcomer in the bubble tea scene.
